Your process is our purpose. Astro Club is designed from the ground up to accommodate all the steps and needs professional visual artists require. Nearly 2000 sq/ft of space is dedicated to amenities and resources to help see your vision through.

  • A large 20’x12’ flexible space equipped with:

    • Godox strobes

    • LED panels

    • 2 x c-stands

    • Selection of backdrop paper colours

    • Tripod

    • Private entrance

    Open to all members.

  • Our street-access gallery space opens onto West 4th, and plans to facilitate exhibitions and presentations bi-monthly. The gallery is secured from studio spaces during events.

    Member access: $50/day +$150 gallery reset fee

  • Conference Room: A private meeting area, comfortably seating for four with natural light.

    Open to all members.

  • 2 × 4’x8’ working tables for open for assembling, stretching, framing, constructing, priming, etc.

    Open to all members.


  • Fully-equipped kitchen area, with dining table, hightops, and barstools. Shared space with the painting salon/classroom.

    • Fridge

    • Microwave

    • Coffee machine

    • Kettle

    • Sink

    Open to all members.

  • Zoom Booth: A private individual meeting area designed for digital meetings.


  • This large, natural-light-filled studio is open for painting, drawing, and writing. You will have access to folding easels and tables and temporary storage for works-in-progress. The studio comes equipped with track lighting and a wash-up sink.

    This space is a general amenity to members, available 24 hr/day unless booked as a private rental.

    This space is available for private rentals for classes, life-drawing sessions, workshops, labs and meetings, up to three hours a day max.

    Ticketed Workshops:

    Members, 1 x month $25/3hr sessions
    Additional, $75/3 hr session

    Non-members $150/3hr sessions

    Available hours:

    Mon-Sun 6 PM - 9 PM or 7 PM - 10 PM. Storage is available for continuing programming.


  • Working area w/ tools for assembly/light projects

    This is an upcoming project for the facility which will eventually be the Sand Wan Workshop. It will feature a dust-abated environment, offering several working areas and benches and home to a robust and meticulous selection of tools and equipment.
